Collect reviews on site: a QR code for reception and waiting room

The best moment for a review is right after the appointment, while the good impression is still fresh. A table tent at reception or a poster in the waiting room asks the question in passing: anyone who wants to scans the code with their phone and lands straight on your form, without typing an address. All your team has to do is mention it with a smile. On business cards, invoices or as a sticker on the door, the code also reaches people in a hurry.

Under “Embed” > “QR code” you choose the format, such as a table tent (A6), poster (A4), business card, round sticker or email signature, and adjust the headline, subtext, font and colours. A frame with a call to action like “Rate us now” makes it clear what the code is for. The PNG at 300 dpi is available on every plan. Pro adds the print-size PDF with 3 mm bleed, ready-made print templates and your logo in the centre of the code.

The code only holds the fixed address of your form. If you later change the design, questions or consent text, every printed table tent picks it up immediately, with no reprint needed. To make sure the code scans reliably, Mocha warns you when the contrast between code and background is too low, and it raises the error correction automatically when your logo sits in the centre. In the same place, one click copies the form link, for example for your appointment confirmations.
