What does the free plan include?
One space with up to 50 approved reviews at a time, of which up to 3 videos, all widget styles, consent with an audit log and 10 email invitations. The widget shows a small Mocha note.
What happens when I reach the limit of the free plan?
New reviews still come in and wait as pending in your dashboard. You can approve more once you reject or delete another review, or move to Pro.
How do I try Pro?
You can try Pro free for 14 days. Billing runs through Stripe; if you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel in a few clicks in the customer portal under “Billing”. Your account then moves to the free plan; your reviews are kept, and widgets show as many as the free plan allows.
