What it does for you
The right words in the right place
On a service page, say “Tax returns for freelancers” or “Manual therapy”, visitors tend to hesitate just before the contact form. That is exactly where a single quote works better than a whole wall: one review, set large, with stars and a name, without pulling attention away from the next step. The single review keeps to a comfortable reading width, so it also fits into a narrow column beside a form or below a booking button.
You pick the candidates
You control which review appears through “Feature” under “Testimonials”. If you have featured reviews, the widget opens with a random one of them on every page view; without any, it picks from all approved reviews. Returning visitors don't see the same sentence every time, yet the voices that matter most to you come first. A button below the quote lets visitors bring up another review whenever they like, so curious readers can keep going.
Calm design, quick set-up
Under “Options” you switch the large quote marks on or off and align the quote left or centred. Under “Appearance” you match theme, corner radius, shadow and font size to your page, while the font itself comes from your website. You can paste the same code into as many pages as you like. New reviews and changes to what you feature take effect everywhere at once, without editing a single page again.
Embed code
This is what the code looks like. Copy your own code with all your settings in the dashboard under “Embed” > “Widget” and paste it where the reviews should appear.

Frequently asked questions
How do I add the single review to my website?
In the dashboard, go to “Embed” > “Widget” and choose the “Single Quote” tile under “Choose a widget”. Set “Options” and “Appearance”, click “Copy code” and paste the code as HTML where the quote should appear. Guides for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and other platforms are in our help section.
Can I choose which review is shown?
Through “Feature” under “Testimonials”: if any reviews are featured, the widget shows one of them at random when the page loads, otherwise any approved review. Feature just one review and that one always appears first. Visitors can then bring up more reviews with the button below the quote.
How does it look on mobile?
On a phone the card uses the full width; on large screens it stays at a comfortable reading width. Long reviews are shortened and expand fully with a tap.
How much does the single review cost?
The single review is included in the free plan, like every widget style, with up to 50 approved reviews and a small “Powered by Mocha” note. Pro costs €19 a month with a 14-day free trial, removes the limit and shows the quote in your own accent colour without the note.
Can I show reviewers' names and photos?
The widget shows names the way you set them under “Privacy”: in full, as first name and initial, as initials only or anonymised. With initials or anonymous display, photo and job title are hidden too, and anyone who ticks “Don't show my name” on the form appears anonymously. For every review sent through the Mocha form, Mocha stores the wording, version and time of the consent; for questions about your particular case, please ask your data protection adviser.
